If you're talking about having the Words of Wisdom on the Forum and also getting them in Email, then the answer is Yes & No. You'd have to subscribe to each Thread or post in each thread, then Emails will follow, but only regarding the thread you subscribed to or posted on.

There may be a way to do it using RSS feeds....that's a project I've been researching for the past 2 minths.
